The GTM & Routing Executive supports the Field GTM Executive in maintaining route-to-market quality and sales force effectiveness across the North region. The role focuses on route design, territory optimization, outlet coverage planning, data management, and field validation to ensure efficient sales execution and effective market coverage.
Routing Support
Support DRs/TDMs in territory re-routing and sub-route design to balance workloads, reduce travel time, and improve visit efficiency.
Update and maintain routing data, ensuring visit frequency is applied correctly according to outlet tier and company guidelines.
Conduct outlet list cleansing by identifying and removing closed, duplicate, or invalid outlets and reconciling route data against the approved Beat Plan.
Ensure routing requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Utilize strong understanding of the North region's geography and market landscape to develop effective territory coverage plans.
GTM & Sales Operations Support
Conduct market visits to validate route quality, outlet coverage, and market execution.
Gather field insights and recommend improvements to routing and coverage plans.
Consolidate, clean, and analyze GTM data to support business reporting and decision-making.
Maintain GTM trackers, dashboards, and related reporting tools.
Support ad-hoc GTM, Sales Operations, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) projects as assigned.
