Tổng quan

  • The AI & IT Application Engineer will support AI projects, IT-related application needs, system handover, validation, user support, and practical AI/IT adoption across the business. The role requires IT knowledge, AI application capability, data handling skills, and strong coordination with business users, IT, vendors, consultants, and management.
  • Receive handover of AI/IT platforms from vendors or consultants, including source code, system logic, workflow, data structure, user guide, issue list, and technical documents
  • Validate system outputs against business requirements and support UAT, testing, issue tracking, and bug-fixing coordination.
  • Support platform operation after go-live, including performance monitoring, documentation, change logs, issue logs, and user feedback tracking.
  • Join new AI projects from the early stage, including requirement clarification, data preparation, model/system testing, output validation, and final handover.
  • Support AI price prediction / FOB decision projects by validating data logic, scenario outputs, and business usability of AI recommendations.
  • Apply IT knowledge to support system workflow review, data flow, user access, basic troubleshooting, reporting tools, automation, and coordination with IT/vendors.
  • Help business users apply approved AI and IT tools for reporting, data analysis, document review, summarization, automation, and decision support.
  • Collect user pain points and convert them into practical AI/IT improvement ideas or project briefs; provide user guidance and training where needed.
  • Your Skills and Experience

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Good IT foundation: system workflow, database logic, data flow, user access control, basic troubleshooting, and application support.
  • Good understanding of AI applications and ability to apply AI tools practically in business work.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills; able to work with reports, dashboards, databases, and structured data.
  • Able to understand business processes and translate business needs into system logic, data requirements, or AI/IT solutions.
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical or AI-related issues in simple business language.
  • Good coordination, documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in AI application, IT application support, data analytics, system implementation, business analysis, digital transformation, or process automation.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools, or AI tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing, garment, costing, merchandising, planning, or operational data is preferred.
