Tổng quan

Together with team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...etc).
Windows person, roller visit Chinese/ Taiwanese customer to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.
Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers’ satisfaction.
Report directly to Service Manager and higher level.
New members will be attended training at training center or On Job Training to improve knowledge / skills before handling activities.
