- Brand Strategy & Market Analysis
- Coordinate and help build both short-term and long-term brand plans aligned with brand’s strategy.
- Conduct consumer and market research, competitor and trend analyses to provide insight-based recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points: packaging, POSM, digital media, retail, all channels.
- Campaign & Marketing Execution
- Plan and support implementation of integrated 360° campaigns (ATL/BTL/PR/Digital).
- Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and suggest optimizations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing to activate campaigns at point-of-sale.
- Product Management:
- Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, complaints.
- Assist the brand team in the NPD process from concept to launch, coordinating with R&D, packaging, designers, operations.
- Monitor product lifecycle: new launches, reorders, product updates, quality checks.
- Trade Marketing & Field Activities
- Work with trade and sales teams on consumer promotions, sampling, retail activations.
- Monitor in-market promotional materials and competitor activities. Conduct market visits regularly to collect field insights.
- Budget & Vendor Management
- Track expenditure and ensure budget compliance.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, external event teams to ensure materials and campaigns are delivered on time and within specs.
- Reporting & Brand Health Monitoring
- Prepare regular reports on brand and campaign performance: brand health, market share, sales, ROI.
- Support the Brand Manager with data-driven insights and prepare presentations for internal/ regional stakeholders.
