  • HR Policy Development & Governance
  • Develop, review, update, and harmonize HR regulations, policies, procedures, and templates across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Group directions.
  • Proactively monitor changes and emerging trends in labor law and HR best practices; conduct research and develop legal opinions/interpretations, and recommend policy updates accordingly.
  • Employee Relations Advisory & Management
  • Advise, guide, and oversee the implementation of labor law and employee relations practices
  • Handle employee relations matters, including labor discipline, transfers, reassignments, employment contracts, grievances, disputes, and other employee-related situations as they arise.
  • Advise department managers on how to handle employee relations issues within their area of responsibility.
  • HR Compliance & Risk Management
  • Manage HR compliance and advisory to the HR function; issue recommendations based on risk assessments.
  • Support internal audits of HR processes related to labor and employment; assist the HR function in implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing
  • Share knowledge, case studies, and lessons learned from complex employee relations cases and HR compliance gaps; conduct training on investigation procedures for relevant teams.
  • Project Support & Organizational Restructuring
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to implement restructuring, mergers, and the rollout of new policies across the organization.
  • Other tasks assigned by HRM/HRD
