Tổng quan
- Quality Strategy, Portfolio Governance & Standards
- Own quality strategy, standards, and delivery health across multiple products, projects, and peak traffic periods
- Define org-wide QA processes, test automation frameworks, and the core quality metrics executive leadership relies on
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and business leaders on release readiness, risk management, and multi-product sprint execution
- Establish a high bar for engineering standards, test coverage, and code craftsmanship across functional and automated testing
- Test Automation Architecture, Infrastructure & AI Innovation
- Design, evolve, and scale modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, TypeScript, Cypress) used across the QA org
- Drive AI-augmented testing as a baseline standard across teams (AI-assisted test generation, maintenance, coverage analysis, and triage)
- Own CI/CD test integration, test infrastructure, reporting, and proactive flaky-test reduction to ensure fast, reliable build pipelines
- Stay hands-on - write and review automation code, troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, and set technical standards by example
- Leadership, Team Growth & Talent Bench
- Lead, coach, and mentor QA Leads, Senior QAs, and Automation Engineers into autonomous leaders
- Build a multiplier culture where success is measured by your team outperforming and outgrowing you
- Build and scale the QA organization by maintaining an always-on recruitment pipeline ahead of business growth
- Create clarity, establish autonomous team operating models, and foster high ownership with zero hand-holding culture
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Continuous Improvement
- Embed quality, automation, and continuous integration into the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle
- Represent quality in company-wide planning, resource allocation, and prioritization across competing product lines
- Proactively manage technical debt, test environment risks, and opportunities for testing innovation
- Your Skills and Experience
- Quality Leadership & Portfolio Strategy
- 7–8+ years of professional experience in QA with a proven track record managing QA teams, QA Leads, or multi-product portfolios
- Deep expertise defining end-to-end quality strategies - from initial scope to final sign-off across complex digital products
- Proven experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments
- Test Automation & Architecture
- Deep hands-on expertise with Playwright and TypeScript (or modern equivalents like Cypress, Selenium) including building frameworks from scratch
- Strong programming fundamentals, code review capabilities, and advocacy for code craftsmanship
- Proven experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and managing test infrastructure
- AI-Augmented Testing
- Hands-on fluency applying AI tools to daily testing tasks (test case generation, triage, coverage gap analysis, flaky test diagnosis)
- Ability to drive team-wide adoption of AI-assisted QA processes as a baseline capability
- People Leadership & Hiring
- Demonstrated track record as a "multiplier" - growing engineers into leaders and building high-performing, autonomous teams
- Active experience in hiring, pipeline building, and hiring for long-term growth rather than control
- High autonomy, strong ownership, and a calm, decisive leadership style under pressure
- Communication
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Business functions
- Fluent in written and spoken English
