Tổng quan

Organize, assign and supervise daily activities.
Participate directly in the assembly, processing, inspection and troubleshooting of semi-finished products and electronic modules used for infrared sensors.
Ensure production follows BOMs, work instructions, technical documentation and quality requirements.
Perform and supervise incoming and in-process quality inspections.
Monitor production output, pass/fail rates, rework and scrap.
Support root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
Train and guide employees in assembly, electronic soldering, ESD and quality requirements.
Evaluate employee productivity, workmanship, work quality and process compliance.
Update and review production and quality data in ERP and other digital systems.
Prepare and review daily and weekly production and quality reports together with the General Manager.
Ensure compliance with 5S, ESD, safety and quality requirements.
Key Performance Indicators
Production plan achievement
Product pass/fail rate, rework rate and scrap rate
Employee productivity and efficiency
Compliance with production and quality processes
Training results and qualification of new employees
Specific KPI targets will be defined according to each ramp-up stage and product requirements.
