Market & Consumer Tracking
Support the collection and update of data on Vietnam's smartphone market and consumer trends.
Monitor industry news, reports, and competitor activity.
Help compile regular insight bulletins and reports as directed by the Leader.
Research Support
Assist in designing questionnaires and discussion guides under the Leader's guidance.
Support execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
Coordinate with external research agencies to track progress and data quality.
Process and analyse basic data (Excel, SPSS, or equivalent tools) and support report writing.
Insight Translation
Help synthesise research findings into clear, well-structured slides and reports.
Coordinate with related departments (brand, marketing) to provide data and information as needed.
Insight Capability Building
Support the maintenance and organisation of internal insight databases and documentation.
Help compile and archive past research as reusable knowledge assets.
