Responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable operations, including AP monitoring, invoice and payment process control, issue resolution to ensure efficient and accurate AP service delivery.
Accounts Payable Operations
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all invoices captured in front-end systems, while adhering to company policies and local tax regulations.
Prepare and process daily payments, ensuring quality service delivery.
Efficiently resolve payment-related inquiries when escalated.
Vendor Management
Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on open items.
AP closing & Reporting
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Oversee AP and relating reports to concerned team and management under assigned scope, providing insights into payment trends and cash flow status.
Provide reports and analysis on AP performance and outstanding balances.
Prepare ad-hoc AP reports upon request.
