Receive order and shipping plan from customer
Proceed to keep space & place booking with carriers, solve problem for space, equipment, document issues
Coordinate with supplier/customer for plan changing
Solve space and equipment issues with carrier
Keep update timely to customer
Check Shipping Instruction from customer and proceed Carrier Bill base on customer's SOP
Follow up all adjustment and changing until Bill completed without issues
Handle SI, BL, Post Advice & keep an effective communication among OPSC Team, Carriers and Customers
Weekly, Monthly Report to customer as required
Keep Cost/Revenue captured in system before deadline as OLL global guideline. Follow payment from customer as well as arrange payment to vendors timely
Control payment status from customer to avoid outstanding
Give timely feedback to internal, external customers
Handle extra task & report as Team Leader's assignments.
