Develop and automate complex data models, performance dashboards, and reports for weekly/monthly reviews.
Track and analyze Social Commerce performance metrics, including revenue, operating profit, cost, and service efficiency.
Act as a Business Partner to provide data analysis and work closely with Social Commerce teams to drive operational effectiveness.
Act as a PMO coordinator to track project progress, ensure timeline compliance, and highlight risks.
Willingness to learn and apply AI tools to automate routine analytical tasks, generate initial data insights, streamline project documentation, and enhance overall team productivity.
Establish and enforce data definitions, reporting standards, and project governance frameworks across departments.
