  • Translate the Go Global vision into a three-year strategy, annual operating plan, priority categories, target-client portfolio, service roadmap, and market-entry model.
  • Make build, buy, and partner recommendations and establish clear investment gates for new services, markets, and brand launches.
  • Continuously evaluate market signals, portfolio performance, and competitive developments to refine strategic priorities.
  • Own revenue, gross profit, contribution margin, operating expenses, cash discipline, budget, forecast, and overall business performance.
  • Approve pricing, commercial terms, client investments, resource allocation, and material operating trade-offs.
  • Establish client- and service-level economics, performance dashboards, monthly business reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and lead major pitches, negotiations, business reviews, and escalations.
  • Ensure client promises are supported by robust market insight, platform access, delivery capability, and acceptable economics.
  • Build lighthouse client cases that strengthen OnPoint’s Go Global proposition and market credibility.
  • Lead Platform Partnership, Global Brand Management, US Market Insight, and Operations as one integrated business team.
  • Set priorities, decision rights, governance, performance standards, and a disciplined operating cadence across functions.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing leaders; build succession plans and a strong leadership bench.
  • Own platform, regulatory, compliance, inventory, delivery, financial, and reputational risk for the business.
  • Represent the Business Owner in key internal and external forums and progressively assume broader decision-making responsibility.
  • Build the capability and stakeholder trust required to lead the Go Global business independently within the agreed succession horizon.
