Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, resilient, and event-driven distributed systems (Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Guide dev teams in identifying technical debt, code refactoring, and optimizing complex database queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Partner with data engineers to bridge application architecture with scalable data pipelines; drive automated CI/CD and Cloud infrastructure (GKE, Docker, Kubernetes).
Champion observability, low-latency execution, clean code, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience: 7+ years in Software Engineering & Architecture, with a strong background as a Senior Developer / Technical Lead / Architect role.
Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Enterprise Java (Spring Boot / WebFlux) and designing low-latency, high-availability systems.
System & Database Design: Hands-on experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, relational DB tuning (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and NoSQL.
Cloud & DevOps: Strong knowledge of GCP/AWS, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Problem-Solving: Strong technical communication—ability to simplify complex technical trade-offs for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
