Tổng quan

Define and maintain the testing strategy (functional, automated, exploratory, regression).
Identify quality risks linked to AI agents, data and externals integrations.
Design and maintain automated test suites (API, backend, frontend).
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions before production.
Test new features in close collaboration with product and development teams.
Challenge specifications and identify borderline case (edge cases, unexpected behaviors of AI agents).
Verify consistency, reliability, and traceability of the data handled.
Test AI workflows: prompts, model outputs, agents chaining, error handling.
Work closely with developers to improve code testability.
Promote a “shift-left” quality mindset from the design phase.
5 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering (ideally in a SaaS environment or a rapidly evolving tech product).
Automation Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, pytest, or similar tools.
Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, test pyramid, shift-left testing.
You don’t just "test"—you improve the product.
A bug found in production is a bug that could have been prevented.
You automate whenever it adds value, and know when manual testing is more effective.
Experience with products integrating AI or LLMs.
UX / Product sensibility.
Knowledge of testing issues related to data or distributed systems.
