Receive and gather project requests; translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, particularly those related to automation or AI technologies.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Track and report on project progress, resolve blockers, and escalate risks as needed.
Support testing, rollout, and feedback collection during and after implementation.
Prepare documentation as requested.
Support senior staff in generating reports from the database.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Assist in training and optimizing pre-built AI/ML models.
