Tổng quan

Partner with Sales during the early stages of client projects to develop practical product solutions.
Evaluate materials, construction and manufacturing methods.
Identify technical and commercial risks before production begins.
Coordinate product development through sampling and client approval.
Develop strong relationships with factories across China and Vietnam.
Visit factories to evaluate capability, quality and production readiness.
Negotiate pricing, lead times and manufacturing solutions.
Work closely with Product Operations and Design to ensure projects move smoothly into production.
Support strategic client projects requiring strong product development and sourcing expertise.
Recommend improvements that reduce cost, improve quality and strengthen manufacturability.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of international projects ranging from promotional merchandise and retail displays to cosmetics packaging, apparel and innovative consumer products.
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues across Sales, Design and Product Operations while building relationships with factories throughout China and Vietnam.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine contribution to how products are developed—not simply manage production after decisions have already been made.
