Control quantity and quality of materials, tools and accessories.
Manage warehouse operation from material receiving to product shipping in relation with logistics, purchasing, inspection, production control, and production department.
Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including controlling expiration date of materials.
Observe and inspect the production plan and material back order status to keep proper quantity of safety stock.
Follow and maintain company procedure to keep and handle materials / products properly.
Promptly report any problems and issues for proper operation, especially in case of material shortage or excess inventory.
Prepare report and analyze data of material control status.
Communicate with concerned group or team to solve issue.
KAIZEN and improvement.
