Tổng quan

  • Data Analysis & Inventory Management
  • Analyze purchasing trends (quality, cost, delivery, service).
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-saving projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reports on spend, project status, and KPIs.
  • Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors.
  • Negotiate purchase terms within company guidelines.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and risk assessments.
  • Maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
  • Documentation, Compliance & Transaction Control.
  • Prepare forecasts, purchase orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and import documentation.
  • Review POs, invoices, and supplier contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Check pricing, quantities, and payment terms against agreed contracts.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to resolve mismatches between PO, GRN, and invoices.
  • Ensure proper cost coding, allocation, and accruals for month-end closing.
  • Maintain documentation for audit purposes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assure to comply all Purchasing policies, both global and local
  • Implement local Purchasing procedures in conjunction with business functions.
  • Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating supplier policies.
  • Comply with global anti-corruption and bribery regulations.
  • Maintain documentation/ISO systems related to purchasing activities periodically.
  • Cross-Functional Support.
  • Collaborate with Production Control, QC, Engineering, General Affairs, and HQ project teams.
  • Provide support to Procurement staff on finance-related queries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on payment status and issue resolution.
