Tổng quan

Support the development and implementation of the bank’s core HR policies and regulations, including HR governance, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Design and maintain the compensation and benefits framework, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategy, budget, and market practices in Vietnam.
Develop and support the implementation of performance management and KPI frameworks for both the set-up phase and operations.
Establish and coordinate mandatory training programs, including compliance, code of conduct, and internal functional training.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and external advisors to ensure all HR policies comply with Vietnam labor laws and SBV regulatory requirements.
