Support training program operations: Assist in planning and operating training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of training materials.
Support mandatory training administration: Assist in managing attendance, completion tracking, and record keeping for internal control, compliance, and risk related training.
Support instructor & vendor coordination: Assist in coordinating internal instructors and external vendors, including schedule management and administrative support.
Support training data & reporting: Assist in collecting participation data, feedback surveys, and supporting training performance analysis.
Support learning communication: Assist in training announcements, enrollment management, feedback collection, and communication with participants.
Support HR change related learning: Assist in implementing training initiatives related to HR changes or organizational updates.
