Tổng quan

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects.
  • Reporting to the Project Management Director, you will ensure projects are executed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget, while meeting quality standards and strategic goals.
  • Communicate, enforce, and ensure adherence to all project management regulations, processes, guidelines, forms, and frameworks assigned to the project.
  • Set up the operating rhythm of the assigned project, aligning with the overall rhythm of the Transformation Division and ensuring appropriate frequency and objectives.
  • Determine the objectives, scope, and requirements necessary for the project.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, from high-level planning to detailed execution, to achieve the set objectives.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all project tasks, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Manage all resources required to execute the project.
  • Identify, assess, and collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Consolidate and provide reports monitoring key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for the assigned project.
  • Enhance project performance by leveraging supporting tools and implementing best practices.
  • Your Skills and Experience

Yêu cầu

  • Education
  • A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Knowledge and Experience
  • Good understanding of the banking and finance industry.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile project management methodologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in the Finance/Banking sector.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is an advantage.

  • SaaS/PaaS solutions in the banking and financial services sector
