Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Deliver insights that support customer segmentation, product performance, and operational efficiency.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik…
Data Governance & Quality
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
Stakeholder Engagement
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business units.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Promote a culture of data literacy and continuous learning within the organization.
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking or financial services, MNC.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of banking products, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
