Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to identify performance gaps, anticipate future skill needs, and align L&D initiatives with overall business objectives.
Specialized Training Delivery: Conduct and facilitate impactful training sessions, with a dedicated focus on Corporate Culture and Sales Training to drive business results.
E-Learning & Digital Development: Build, implement, and manage the company's e-learning platforms.
Material Creation: Take a hands-on approach to building engaging training materials, including instructional videos, multimedia presentations, and digital modules.
Program Design: Design, develop, and customize learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet diverse employee development needs.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods. Collect and interpret feedback to improve learning programs and align with organizational objectives.
Employee & Manager Development Support: Support employees in career pathing and skill enhancement. Partner with managers to strengthen their capability in developing team performance and potential.
