Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
Conduct needs analysis to identify current and future skill requirements for individuals, teams, and GEOs.
Build standardized training frameworks for both Group-level and GEOs to ensure consistency and scalability.
Design, develop, and customize learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet diverse employee development needs.
Conduct and facilitate training sessions across Group and countries, requiring regular travel to ensure effective on-ground delivery.
Oversee the implementation of blended learning methods including classroom training, coaching, job shadowing, digital learning, and onboarding programs.
Prepare, track, and manage L&D budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external training vendors.
Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Collect and interpret feedback to improve learning programs and align with organizational objectives.
Support employees in career pathing and skill enhancement.
Partner with managers to strengthen their capability in developing team performance and potential.
Develop, update, and manage learning materials, training resources, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Ensure accessibility of resources across GEOs to drive consistent development opportunities.
