Tổng quan

  • Lead and manage AI/digital transformation projects, focusing on AI/ML solutions, data-driven systems and modern web technologies (.NET, Angular, ReactJS).
  • Define technical direction for AI initiatives, including model selection, system architecture, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, model development coordination, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure source code quality, AI model performance, and adherence to coding standards, MLOps practices, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in AI, data engineering, and software development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Data Scientists, BA, QA/QC, DevOps) to ensure project progress, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models and system performance, including scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Research and apply new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance products and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in Technical Lead / AI Project Lead / Senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for backend system integration.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, data preprocessing.
  • Familiar with AI frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar (is a plus).
  • Experience with Frontend technologies: Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, TypeScript.
  • Understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and AI system integration.
  • Experience with databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL, and handling large datasets.
  • Experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), especially AI/ML services.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment and monitoring is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing or data-driven systems is preferred.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing AI/Data Science teams or projects.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in AI product development or innovation projects.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking in AI and technology direction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and proactive mindset.
