- The Investment Staff will support the Investment Department in:
- Project management activities, including monitoring project progress, cash flows, budgets, and internal funding arrangements.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly project updates, internal investment reports, investment memorandums (IM), project summaries, and other materials for management review and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and coordinating investor visits and meetings.
- Conducting project feasibility studies, structuring investments and working with legal professionals to prepare contracts
- Conduct market research on real estate, investment trends, and related sectors.
- Support the preparation of research reports and other assigned tasks by the line manager.
- Working within a dynamic team environment.
