Tổng quan

  • Lead software implementation projects from project initiation to successful delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work directly with international clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project quality, schedule, and deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or other project management processes where appropriate.
  • Prepare project status reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and delivery efficiency.
  • Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Must-have
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
  • Proven experience managing software implementation projects for international clients.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work directly with international customers and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Yêu cầu

  • Experience delivering software projects in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.
