Centralized Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting (LFRS)
Ledger Maintenance: Record and maintain all NT Lao transactions (sales, purchases, payroll, fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and accruals) in the centralized Cloud Accounting system in accordance with Lao Financial Reporting Standards (LFRS).
Sub-Ledger Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and fixed assets (FA) sub-ledgers daily.
Month-End & Year-End Closing: Reconcile month-end, quarter-end, and year-end trial balances against bank statements, intercompany accounts, and physical reports uploaded by the Laos local team.
Financial Reporting Packages: Support Senior Accountant to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages (including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and related working papers) in Excel format to meet the strict reporting timelines of NT VN and PSGC Thai.
Statutory Compliance Coordination: Support Senior Accountant to prepare draft statutory financial statements and notes to the accounts under LFRS. Collaborate with the local staff in Laos to convert drafts into the Lao language and coordinate annual external audits.
Remote Collaboration
Coordinate closely with the Laos team to ensure all centralized journal entries match the physical tax filings, payroll, and social security payments processed on-site.
