- Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct macro, micro, and residential market research with a focus on Northern Vietnam.
- Monitor residential supply, demand, pricing trends, absorption, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Develop monthly and quarterly market intelligence reports to support product positioning and pricing decisions.
- Build and maintain market databases and pricing benchmarks for residential projects.
- Collect market information through agencies, brokers, developers, public sources, and site visits.
- Review feasibility reports and validate market assumptions.
- Assist in preparing investment papers and management presentations.
- Pricing & Sales Strategy
- Analyze competitor pricing, product mix, and sales performance.
- Support pricing strategy and sales policy development throughout each sales phase.
- Recommend launch pricing, price adjustment, discount schemes, payment terms, and sales incentives based on market conditions.
- Monitor pricing effectiveness and recommend optimization plans..
- Product Development Support
- Support product positioning and unit mix recommendations based on market demand and customer insights.
- Participate in product review workshops with Design, Investment, Marketing & Sales teams.
- Validate customer needs and market acceptance of proposed products.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential real estate developers.
- Hands-on experience in Market Research, Pricing, Sales Strategy, Product Planning, or Investment within a residential developer.
- Experience researching or monitoring the Northern Vietnam residential market is highly preferred.
- English proficiency preferred
