• Develop solutions to known problems and defects
• Analyze competitors and industry trends
• Conduct customer and partner discovery via interviews, support cases, feedback

• Own the product roadmap, aligned with company strategy and customer needs
• Use AI tools to streamline research, documentation, and analysis, improving speed

• Your Skills and Experience
• You will be a potential candidate if you have
• 2+ years of product management/ product ownership/ BA with requirements authorship
• English level: Fluent English (both written and verbal)
• You will be a strong candidate if you have
• Higher education in computer science/technical field
• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into clear software
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, cloud, virtualization, SaaS, or security
• Technical writing experience
• Software testing experience
• IT administration experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience contributing to product marketing or go-to-market activities
