Tổng quan

Design, integrate, and maintain optical & opto-electronic test systems (fixtures, PCB, instrumentation).
Develop and upgrade hardware platforms for production testing across global manufacturing sites.
Perform hardware integration with custom-designed circuit boards and mechanical fixtures.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, test stations, and automation equipment.
Create and maintain hardware documentation (schematics, layouts, BOM, work instructions).
Collaborate with automation and software teams to improve test system performance and reliability.
Support test system validation, calibration, and lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with EHS, 5S, and equipment safety standards.
Perform electrical & optical testing analysis to evaluate product quality and yield.
Analyze test data using statistical tools (e.g., GRR, Cpk), and document findings in FACA reports.
Identify critical quality parameters and drive root cause analysis for failures.
Build and optimize test plans, validation protocols, and data interpretation frameworks.
Collaborate with global teams to improve automated testing strategy and data utilization.
Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for continuous process improvement.
Support TQM initiatives and Quality/Environmental Management Systems.
