Tổng quan

Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely.
Monitor and achieve key warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and operational productivity.
Oversee warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, material issuance, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate transactions and inventory control through SAP/ERP systems.
Coordinate inventory counts, stock-taking activities, and warehouse reporting.
Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, including forklifts, barcode systems, and related tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 6S, and operational excellence practices.
Train, coach, and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, environmental, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Support new product transfers, testing activities, and other projects assigned by management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
