Lead, coach, and develop the IT infrastructure and support team
Oversee daily IT infrastructure, operations, and Level 1 service desk activities
Ensure stable and secure operation of networks, servers, databases, applications and end-user systems
Manage backup, recovery, and contingency arrangements for critical systems
Control IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory
Support IT purchasing, vendor coordination, and service follow-up
Maintain operational documentation, change records, and control evidence
Work closely with internal IT teams, business teams, other branches and Head Office/regional stakeholders
Support audits, compliance requirements, and operational governance
Drive service quality improvement and team performance
