Tổng quan

Understand customer's business, financial performance and industry dynamic, proactively identify risk and business opportunities, develop and execute strategic account plan to originate new business and achieve revenues target
Serve as the primary contact point and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients
Collaborate with internal product partners to drive cross-selling opportunities
Structure credit facilities and prepare high-quality credit proposals and credit defense for internal approval
Ensure strict adherence to all internal risk management policies, compliance regulations and legal requirements and manage high debt quality for the entire portfolio
Lead the negotiation of terms and conditions, legal documentation and closing of transaction.
Manage the deal execution process from origination to funding, coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Other business tasks assigned by Department Head/Management following branch's vision and strategy.
