Be responsible to meet recruiting requests throughout the Company timely, especially in the Software/IT field
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable candidates for assigned positions
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, employee referral, etc.
Be in charge of interviews and provide suitable recruits for all departments timely
Manage job offer including negotiation and administration
Be responsible to sign probationary contract with staff
Monitor, apply HR recruiting best practices and create new recruiting ideas
Maintain recruiting data of HR software and report the progress on assigned job vacancies, provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process
Support and collaborate with key stakeholders, on the continuous development / improvement or processes to meet business needs, driving efficiency
