- Achieve the success of the development of appointed products in terms of technical output
- Responsible for technical output of the appointed product, including:
- Existing features maintenance
- New features technical design and development
- Best practices and standards conformation
- Code reviews conducting
- Support team building:
- New engineers onboarding support
Yêu cầu
- Proficient technical skills with minimum 1 years of experience in the relevant Industries
- Familiarity with MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) stack is preferred
- Experiences with Agile methods (Scrum or XP) are a plus
- Proficiency in English reading
- Decent communication & collaboration skills
- Strong work ethics
- Obsession with growth
- The will to take the right risks
