Maintenance Planning & Execution:
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on the actual condition of machinery and equipment and available resources, with the objective of maintaining company machinery, equipment, and infrastructure at the highest levels of performance and reliability in a safe and cost-effective manner, while complying with statutory requirements and supporting sustainable production.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment used by the Production Department and supporting departments.
Management & Supervision
Monitor and inspect the operating condition of the factory's machinery, equipment, and supporting systems.
Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule and comply with technical standards and safety procedures.
Develop and implement new procedures for managing and controlling repair and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely procurement of locally available repair and maintenance materials and spare parts to support maintenance activities.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers in carrying out machinery, equipment, and infrastructure repair and maintenance work.
Provide regular reports and report directly to the Factory Manager / Operations Manager.
