Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract completion and account growth.
Promote workspace and business service solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and commercial discussions to secure new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting information using CRM platforms.
Review market activity, customer demand, and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build relationships with referral partners and external business networks.
Represent the organization at industry and professional events.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and commercial outcomes.
3-5 years of experience in sales, leasing, business development, or related commercial functions.
Background within real estate, hospitality, business services, or similar sectors is advantageous.
Consistent record of achieving revenue and business development targets.
Experience managing complex commercial discussions and client engagements.
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
