- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
- Champion a culture of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality excellence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
- Lead Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to maximize productivity, capacity utilization, efficiency, and operational reliability.
- Oversee Production Planning & Materials Control (PMC) to ensure optimal inventory levels, supply continuity, and on-time customer delivery.
- Direct Customer Service activities to maintain high customer satisfaction and responsiveness to market requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and digitalization programs.
- Lead NPI/R&D Engineering activities, ensuring successful product launches, process validation, and manufacturing readiness.
- Manage plant financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital expenditure, and profitability improvement.
- Partner with HR to build organizational capability through workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop performance metrics and accountability systems to monitor operational excellence and business results.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with corporate leadership, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective risk management, business continuity, and long-term operational sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple functions, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in budget management, cost optimization, CAPEX planning, and P&L accountability.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and team development skills.
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
