  • Lead and develop the national sales division, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage key customer relationships and support the sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing project opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from opportunity qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and project handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, performance targets, and CRM accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, technical, and project teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales organization through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of packaging, printing, converting, or industrial production equipment, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex capital equipment sales cycles, including technical consultations, proposal development, negotiation, and project execution.
  • Established network within packaging converters, printers, FMCG manufacturers, food & beverage producers, or related manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both local customers and international principals.
