Lead all site operations to achieve business, operational, quality, and financial objectives.
Own and drive site P&L performance, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and corporate quality standards.
Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth and operational excellence.
Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and talent development.
Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and investment projects.
Significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability.
Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and performance improvement.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Fluent in English
