Tổng quan

  • Lead quality activities during customer onboarding, factory qualification and project kick-off.
  • Act as the primary quality representative during customer audits, qualification reviews and project meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning and Operations to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project quality plans, risks and mitigation actions.
  • Support APQP activities including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan and Work Instructions.
  • Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) and customer qualification builds.
  • Establish process controls for tube cutting, CNC machining, TIG/orbital welding, cleaning, assembly and packaging processes.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone methodology.
  • Manage customer complaints, NCR, SCAR and corrective actions.
  • Support supplier qualification and supplier quality improvement activities.
  • Prepare quality reports and presentations for customers and management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and ISO 9001 quality management system. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Project Quality or Manufacturing Quality.
  • Minimum 2 years supporting NPI, customer qualification or transfer projects.
  • Experience in semiconductor, gas delivery, vacuum or high purity manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of machining, tube fabrication, TIG welding and assembly processes.
  • Familiar with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, FAI, PPAP and 8D methodology.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and customer audit requirements.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
