- Identify and develop strategic agency partners across Vietnam and international markets
- Use AI (VibeX, Claude, Gemini) to automate outreach, proposals, training assets, and operational workflows
- Partner Lifecycle Management
- Build and manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding → activation → performance review → renewal
- Track partner performance metrics and run incentive programs to drive engagement and output
- Operate and manage partners via the dedicated partner portal and dashboard
- Enablement & Training
- Generate partner training content, certification programs, and enablement materials using AI tools
- Build scalable onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for new agency partners
- AI Workflow Innovation
- Continuously discover and integrate new AI tools into your partnership workflows
- Document and share repeatable AI-powered partnership playbooks with the global team
- Provide product feedback to the VibeX team based on real partner use cases
