As a Shopee Livestream Specialist, you will be responsible for growing COLORKEY's livestream business through both KOL/KOC collaborations and Shopee Store Live operations.
KOL/KOC Livestream Management
Identify, recruit, and develop new KOL/KOC livestream partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, KOCs, MCNs, and livestream agencies.
Propose attractive collaboration models and incentive mechanisms to maximize sales performance.
Coordinate livestream schedules, campaign execution, and promotional activities.
Shopee Store Live Operations
Plan, execute, and optimize Shopee Store Live sessions.
Monitor livestream performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rate, GMV, and ROI.
Develop and continuously improve livestream SOPs, operational processes, and incentive mechanisms.
Analyze livestream data and recommend actionable improvements to increase sales performance.
Platform & Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain strong relationships with Shopee Category Managers and Platform Representatives.
Secure official platform resources and participation opportunities for major livestream campaigns.
Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for management.
