Tổng quan

  • Category & Channel Planning: Develop and implement category and channel plans aligned with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
  • Trade Investment & Promotion: Build and manage trade & promotion plans that optimize investments and deliver strong ROI.
  • AP2 Forecast Accuracy: Validate business assumptions, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning.
  • Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor category and channel performance, analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Budget & P&L Management: Manage trade budgets and expenses effectively while maintaining Category P&L objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across functions to ensure timely and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Reporting & Business Insights: Prepare performance reports, business reviews, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: Trade Marketing, Category Management, Channel Development, Sales Planning Or similar functions
  • Exposure to multi-channel operations such as GT, MT, and E-commerce is preferred. Experience in FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Self-driven & problem-solving oriented
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong in Category & Channel Planning
  • Skilled in Trade Investment Optimization & ROI Evaluation
  • Strong in Analytical & Data Interpretation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power Query is a plus)
  • Experienced in Sales Analytics & Demand Forecasting
  • Proactive with strong Project Management capabilities
  • Effective at cross-functional collaboration
