Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies defined by Head of Dept. to achieve the annual budget.
Plan & implement promotional materials.
Plan & conduct / support to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, conference.
Prepare annual budget & monitor A&P expenses against the approved annual budget effectively.
Go on field for KOL visit frequently to maintain & strengthen good customer relationship.
Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan Product knowledge, Basis relevant skills & techniques in approaching targeted customers
Conduct the market research & analysis to implement suitable & productive market development plan for assign product
Other specialized assignments (if any)
University Pharmacist
Good communication & presentation skills in English
At least 2 year experience with same level
Good in scientific knowledge and making content and communication for any given product from above segment
Having good knowledge of Hospital tenders, Drug market in Vietnam and competitors
