Tổng quan
- Review Basic Design, Detail Design, Shop Drawings, Specifications and BOQ related to electrical, automation and control systems.
- Participate in design review workshops and provide comments to optimize operation, maintenance, safety and GMP compliance.
- Survey existing production areas, laboratories, utility systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Assess existing electrical capacities and support utility expansion planning.
- Review vendor documents, technical submissions and material specifications.
- Review construction methods, supervise installation quality and monitor construction progress.
- Coordinate and resolve technical issues arising during design, construction and commissioning phases.
- Control technical changes, deviations and engineering modifications.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Testing and System Handover.
- Support DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV and Qualification activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress and technical issues.
- Support preparation of maintenance strategies, spare parts lists, SOPs and operation procedures for Engineering Department.
