Tổng quan

You own backend and platform architecture.
Design and build critical services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Lead technical planning, estimation, delivery, and risk management.
Establish standards for code quality, testing, security, monitoring, and releases.
Review code and mentor backend and frontend engineers.
Coordinate technical delivery across frontend, backend, mobile.
Lead production incident response and improve system reliability.
Manage technical debt and maintain a practical technical roadmap.
Ensure critical system knowledge and infrastructure are properly documented.
Your Skills and Experience
Must have:
7+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Previous Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or equivalent technical ownership experience.
Strong SQL database design and optimization skills.
Strong backend architecture and system design experience.
Hands-on AWS experience, including several of the following: CDK, Lambda, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Experience with code review, CI/CD, monitoring, incident handling, and production systems.
Experience mentoring engineers.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
AWS CDK with TypeScript.
Event-driven systems and message queues.
Healthcare or other sensitive-data domains.
Experience growing engineering teams
