- Support the Project Manager in coordinating product development projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up on project action items with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and report potential schedule risks.
- Sample Management
- Track engineering sample progress (X1, X2, X3) and First Article approval status.
- Coordinate sample schedules between Vietnam, US teams, and manufacturing partners.
- Follow up on sample shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain sample tracking records.
- Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors regarding project schedules.
- Follow up on engineering samples and component availability.
- Track procurement status and component delivery schedules.
- Prepare vendor meeting materials and meeting minutes.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation.
- Update the Product Management Dashboard.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
- Update project tracking files.
- Maintain project issue lists and action logs.
- Cross-functional Communication
- Coordinate communication between the US Product Team, Vietnam R&D, QA, and manufacturing partners.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on meeting action items.
- Ensure project information is updated in a timely manner.
- Process Support
- Support project management process improvements.
- Assist in maintaining project templates and documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Department Manager.
