- Work directly with overseas teams to receive and clarify content requirements.
- Understand automotive systems, product features, and customer needs.
- Convert technical information into video scripts, storyboards, training content, and user-friendly explanations.
- Support the creation of technical videos, product demonstration videos, training videos, and instructional content.
- Explain automotive topics such as ABS, SRS, DTCs, Live Data, maintenance functions, vehicle systems, and basic diagnostic procedures in a simple and practical way.
- Write English scripts, narration, subtitles, and technical content.
- Coordinate with automotive engineers, product teams, and video teams to ensure technical accuracy.
- Review video content and documents before delivery to overseas teams or customers.
- Use AI tools to support script writing, translation, subtitles, voice-over, images, and video production.
