Integrated Marketing & Business Acumen:
Develop and implement integrated business and brand plans aligned with company priorities.
Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies that unlock growth opportunities.
Lead development and deployment of integrated communication campaigns across all touchpoints (TV, digital, social, consumers promotion and trade channels).
Ensure brand consistency and a seamless consumer experience across all platforms.
Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and propose recommendation action plans.
Monitor internal sales & relevant data to evaluate and define potential issues/opportunities to unlock business ambitions.
Innovation & Product Launch:
Manage end-to-end innovation projects from ideation generation to launch deployment.
Partner closely with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure timely readiness and flawless market activation.
Operation Management:
Manage operational tasks to facilitate marketing activities i.e budget management, company systems, listing new products, etc.
Coordinate with sales, trade, R&D, supply chain, finance, and external agencies to deliver projects seamlessly.
Lead, plan, execute & monitor projects apart from the assigned brands/campaigns.
